Fractional CMO Role

Our clientele has come to rely on our expertise to lead, create, and scale marketing initiatives that drive financial results. We are looking for experienced marketing executives who have a proven track record of overcoming entrenched markets and establishing new ones to work with our team model and clientele to deliver results. As a fractional CMO you will be the acting Chief Marketing Officer for multiple clients that have chosen Part CMO’s propriety growth marketing methodology on a long-term contractual basis.

PART CMO Requirements

  • 20+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 10+ at the CMO or VP level
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a must
  • An advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred
  • A long history and a track record of impressive marketing results
  • Finger on the pulse: Tech Savvy with a bleeding edge working knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques
  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
  • Driven by a desire to see small and medium-sized businesses flourish
  • Flexibility: quickly adaptable to new opportunities, difficulties, and experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire a team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solid track record of leading internal marketing initiatives
  • Collaboration skills that have been demonstrated with investors, sales, and the C-Suite
  • Consistently available 25-40 hours a week for long-term engagements (12-24+ months)
  • Available for W2 employment - No 1099
